Pathways to Engage outlines how individuals, organizations, and institutions can access BIIRGS research and resources, apply insights in practice, or collaborate through programming, research, and dialogue.
DISCOVHERY® examines how contributions are recognized, recorded, and remembered. Its mission is to expand the record humanity keeps of itself, advancing more complete, accurate, and accountable approaches to attribution across institutions and public life.

WHERE THE WORK STANDS
The record humanity keeps of itself is incomplete. The systems that determine what is recognized, recorded, and remembered are not neutral. Contributions may be omitted, misattributed, minimized, or preserved without the people who made them.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
More complete and accountable approaches to attribution can help expand the record humanity keeps of itself, strengthening institutional memory and making more contributions visible, accurately credited, and available to shape what comes next.
Three Pathways
People, organizations, and institutions engage with this work in different ways. The pathways below outline the principal routes of engagement, from open-access resources to commissioned work and joint programming and research.
OPEN ACCESS
Civic Resource Hub
Through the DISCOVHERY Civic Resource Hub, individuals and institutions can access research briefings, public tools, and educational materials on recognition, attribution, narrative authority, and institutional memory. The resources support teaching, research, cultural practice, and closer examination of how societies remember and assign value.

APPLIED
Commissioned Work
Commissioned work applies DISCOVHERY research and frameworks within institutional contexts. Engagement may address records, collections, attribution practice, recognition systems, policy, governance, public programming, and the conditions that determine whose contributions are carried forward.

PARTNERSHIP
Joint Programming & Research
Joint programming and research extend DISCOVHERY into cultural, educational, and public settings. The Institute works with partners on exhibitions, convenings, public programs, and research that strengthen recognition and expand the record humanity keeps of itself.

Our corporate consulting services help organizations navigate complex challenges by addressing the underlying psychological and relational factors that impact performance, resilience, and employee engagement.
