PATHWAYS TO ENGAGE
BIIRGS AI²™
Pathways to Engage
Pathways to Engage outlines how individuals, organizations, and institutions can access BIIRGS research and resources, apply insights in practice, or collaborate through programming, research, and dialogue.
BIIRGS AI²™ advances digital wellbeing, democratic wellbeing, and societal resilience through psychological science. The initiative explores how people, institutions, and technological systems can flourish together in an increasingly digital society.

WHERE THE WORK STANDS
Digital systems increasingly shape attention, judgment, relationships, work, and public life, while their psychological and social consequences are often considered after the fact.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
Bringing psychological science into the design and governance of digital systems can support technologies and institutions that strengthen wellbeing, human judgment, and democratic life.
Three Pathways
People, organizations, and institutions engage with this work in different ways. The pathways below outline the principal routes of engagement, from open-access resources to commissioned work and joint programming and research.
OPEN ACCESS
Civic Resource Hub
Through the BIIRGS AI² Civic Resource Hub, individuals and institutions can access research translations, briefings, and learning materials on technopsychology, digital well-being, democratic well-being, and corporate influence. These resources support independent inquiry into how intelligent systems shape attention, trust, participation, and public life.
What this pathway offers
Independent access to the initiative’s evidence, resources, and public tools.
APPLIED
Commissioned Work
Commissioned work brings technopsychology into organizational and institutional practice. BIIRGS works with organizations on questions involving digital systems, responsible governance, workforce transformation, human judgment, and the psychological conditions shaping how technology is designed, adopted, and experienced.
What this pathway offers
Commissioned support shaped around an organization’s context, priorities, and questions.
PARTNERSHIP
Joint Programming & Research
Joint programming and research extend the Fellowship’s inquiry into public, institutional, and cross-sector settings. The Institute works with partners on research, convenings, public programs, Fellowship hosting, and related initiatives examining technology’s relationship with well-being, trust, democratic life, and human flourishing.
What this pathway offers
Institutional collaboration through joint research, programming, and public engagement.
