SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in conducting industry or workplace studies and/or academic research initiatives is highly desirable. A strong background in one or more social science disciplines, whether as an academic or practitioner, is preferred.
Research Expertise | Extensive experience in conducting industry, workplace, or academic research initiatives. Proven ability to execute studies, collect and analyze data, and generate actionable insights that contribute to business and societal improvements. |
Interdisciplinary Collaboration | Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams, integrating expertise from multiple social science disciplines to tackle complex issues and foster innovation in both research and practice. |
Systems Thinking | Proficient in applying systems thinking to identify, understand, and address interconnected business and societal challenges, ensuring solutions that align with the advancement of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). |
Analytical Skills | Proven ability to collect and analyze high-quality qualitative and quantitative data, adhering to scientific standards to ensure valid, reliable findings that inform evidence-based decision-making and policy development. |
Communication & Presentation | Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into compelling data narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, across business and society, ensuring clear understanding and actionable insights. |
